Lodox at Arab Health 2017

Arab Health 2017, showcasing pavilions from 38 countries, with over 4,400 international healthcare companies showing off their latest technologies and medical solutions is the world’s largest medical expo. Lodox was yet again part of the excitement for the 5th consecutive year, and once again managed to flaunt with our world-class Xmplar-dr system on the stand.

Arab Health annually generated excellent business for Lodox and for this reason we send, once again, our A-Team to engage with our stakeholders – many of them visiting the show to liaise with Lodox in person.  Eye-to-eye business in the Middle East is the norm and Lodox treasures that.  The Lodox delegation was lead by our CEO, Pieter de Beer, our Sales and Marketing Executive Christian Di Zio, Product Manager Stefenie Kelbrick and the Service Manager, Juanco Bosman.  Our Middle East Distributor, Elixir (a Subsidiary of Julphar) MD, Mr Saud Al Neaimi was also on the stand to provide dignitaries with the required respect necessary for this region. Elixir’s Lodox Product Manager in training, Zena Kamalah assisted with cultural etiquette and language barriers.

Our one-of-a-kind full body, high-resolution X-ray images sparked the interest of thousands of delegates and visitors but some very important key opinion leaders from both the trauma & forensic markets visited the stand specifically to discuss the Lodox solution. Specific interest was shown by specialists and influencers from Dubai and Abu Dhabi Forensic services, as well as a Radiologist from Fujairah Hospital. In addition to this, many valuable conversations were held with distributors from all over the globe, opening up potential markets for future opportunities.

Our now famous light box banner, the “train victim” generated much curiosity and provided an interesting selfie-background for many delegates.

We also had the opportunity to formally congratulate Mr. Nuoman Tarrap and Mr. Sankar Babu on completing the Lodox Systems Technical training programme that was held earlier in January. We are extremely excited to have these two exceptional clinical engineers from HospiNorm Maintenance Management on board that will assist with the service and maintenance requirements within the UAE.

Mr Sankar Babu Subramani received his certificate for the completion of the Lodox Systems Technical Training from Juanco Bosman.

Once again, a very successful Arab Health for Lodox – we’re looking forward to 2018!
